Wager Grading and Regrading Process Explained
Our trading team at MONOPOLY Casino & Sportsbook works hard to grade and score game results quickly and accurately. Occasionally, leagues may update scoring results or decisions that affect wager outcomes. In rare cases, an event or game might be misgraded. If this occurs, we will “regrade” the outcome to ensure everyone is paid correctly.
What Does "Loss (Regraded)" Mean?
This means you were originally paid for a win by mistake, and after the regrade, the accidental payout was removed from your wallet to correct the error.
What Does "Win (Regraded)" Mean?
This means you were not paid for a wager you should have won. After reviewing and correcting the outcome, the correct winning funds were automatically added to your wallet.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep everything fair and accurate. If you have questions about your graded wagers or a regraded result, our support team is available 24/7 to assist!
