How to Verify Your Account

Using the Online Verification Tool

If your identity cannot be verified automatically, you’ll be guided to the “Verify Your Identity” page. Click on “UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS” to start the process. If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in first.

Verification Methods:

Online (App or Desktop):
On desktop: Upload clear images (max 5MB).
On mobile: Use your phone camera and follow on-screen prompts.

Submit via Email or Live Chat:
Send front and back images of your ID.
A selfie may be required for additional verification.
