If your withdrawal amount looks different from what you expected, the most common reason is that withdrawals can only be made from your Cash balance. 

Withdrawals can only be made from your Cash balance. Bonus balance funds are not eligible for withdrawal.

To confirm which funds are available, navigate to your Account Menu and view your Cash Balance and Bonus Balance. We recommend checking this before submitting a withdrawal request.

Please note: If you attempt to withdraw your Bonus balance, those funds will be forfeited and cannot be reapplied, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
