How do I Self-Exlcude?
Taking a Break with MONOPOLY Casino & Sportsbook Self-Exclusion
We understand and fully support your decision to take a break from gaming. Self-exclusion is a voluntary program that allows players to step away from internet gaming for a period of time. When you enroll, you’ll be excluded from all casino gaming and future gaming activities offered by MONOPOLY Casino & Sportsbook.
How to Enroll in Self-Exclusion
To enroll in the Ontario Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program from your online account:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the Menu button (top right corner).
- Scroll down to Play Responsibly.
- Select Safer Gaming Tools and choose Self Exclusion.
- Choose your preferred exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.
- Review your selection and click Next
- Complete your enrollment by clicking Confirm.
Once enrolled, your MONOPOLY Casino & Sportsbook account will be closed and you’ll be removed from all mailing lists. You will not be able to reopen your account or perform any deposit or withdrawal transactions while self-excluded.
