What Happens to My Account When I Self-Exclude, and How to Reopen It When It Ends?
What to Expect During Self-Exclusion
We understand and fully respect your decision to enroll in the Self-Exclusion Program. Taking this step is an important way to prioritize your well-being, and we’re here to support you throughout the process.
What Happens During Your Self-Exclusion Period
- You will not be able to collect any winnings from wagers or recover any losses.
- Complimentary gifts, services, or other items of value from MONOPOLY Casino & Sportsbook will not be available.
- Your account cannot be reopened, and you will not be able to participate in any games at online gambling sites within your jurisdiction during the self-exclusion period.
How to Reopen Your Account After Self-Exclusion Ends
- Once your self-exclusion period has ended, contact our Customer Service team when you’re ready to return.
- We have access to the Self-Exclusion database and will verify your removal status, which typically takes 7–10 business days.
- Once your status has been verified, your account will be reopened, and you will receive notification.
